Custom Modular Spiral Freezers feature all stainless steel seamless welded construction, including the insulated panels. The product has considerably reduced erection and installation times, and there is no need for special floor construction and floor heating.
Its unique air flow concept reduces product weight loss to the minimum. Within this horizontal air flow system, every tier has the same air temperature and air speed, allowing users to obtain higher yields. The unit operates on the Individual Quick Frozen principle.
Each individual product is equally surrounded by an horizontal flow of cold or chilled air at consistent, controlled temperature at all spiral levels. Temperature is controlled from the moment products are entering the machine to the time it leaves the system.
